As a journalist for more than 30 years, I contribute sports, travel, lifestyle and business content to print and electronic publications and news organizations — Associated Press to Golf Week, Reuters to USA Today. I write the syndicated car review column, The Weekly Driver.

I’m particularly fond of bicycle racing. I have reported on the sport since 1979 and I have had the privilege to attend the Tour de France 10 times. In 2005, I co-authored the book, Tour de France For Dummies.
